Duties: As a sales manager, you will be responsible for small team of sales executives selling advertising spaces in our newspapers (the biggest Polish titles in the UK: Polish Express, Panorama, Discover Poland), finding new – private and business clients, you will enjoy talking to our top customers, negotiating the contracts, preparing proposals and closing deals.

As a sales manager, you will be responsible for small team of sales executives selling advertising spaces in our newspapers (the biggest Polish titles in the UK: Polish Express, Panorama, Discover Poland), finding new – private and business clients, you will enjoy talking to our top customers, negotiating the contracts, preparing proposals and closing deals. You will be responsible for a team of people, whose you will have to organise, motivate, ensuring that everyone reach their target. Additionally you will be responsible for estimation, development of new marketing opportunities for products & services, monitoring & market figures analysis, customers, competition, your own financial results of work, report, sales monitoring, active cooperation with all departments, organizing presentation. In addition you will be also responsible for recruiting and training sales staff and reporting back to sales director.

Expectations:
People only with proven experience on similar position and also you should have a proven track record of sales success. You have to have presentation & negotiation skills, management skills, excellent communication skills, ability to analytic & objective estimation in making decision as well as high independence – we are looking for you!
