Formed around seven months ago to provide services to The Polish community.
Polish Abroad is based at the Foyle Language School.
There are around 1,000 Polish people living in and around Londonderry.
Speaking to the Sentinel, Ewelina said that whilst it was initially hard to break into teaching in the city her skills are now being fully utilized.
Schools across the Waterside now readily use Ewelina as a teacher and interpreter: "Some will call once a month, some will call me three times a week," she said.
Such is the demand for English language classes for Polish adults in the area that Derry City Council are currently funding two classes.
"The language barrier is the biggest obstacle to the Polish community here. We have begun two classes for two groups, English at Intermediate Level and at Upper Intermediate Level," she said.
However, Ewelina pointed out that children who have been put through school here are developing gaps in their native language and history. To this end, the teacher is beginning a Saturday School for children shortly after the Easter holidays.
"Thirty children have already signed up and the first classes will be at Lisnagelvin Primary School. With some of the children, the better they get at English the worse they become at Polish. This also applies to their writing of Polish," she said.
Belief in the importance of retaining a Polish cultural identity is another reason behind the establishment of the Saturday School.
Ewelina said: "Some of the children don't know the history of Polish kings, or about Polish writers for example.
"But, they are able to tell me more about the Northern Ireland 'Troubles' than I know.
"Some day some of the children may want to go back to Poland, so it is important to know this material. The kids may not want to go to school on a Saturday, but their parents want them to."
